Lei Guangqing is an Oxfam Hong Kong Project Officer, Licensed physicians, ultramarathon Runner.  Lei joined Oxfam Hong Kong in February 2005. Since participating in the Wenchuan Earthquake Rescue in 2008, he has been in charge of managing more than 60 humanitarian relief projects and supported partners to carry out more than 10 Sphere trainings. Participated in 2019 in the launch of the Chinese version of the 2018 Sphere Handbook in Beijing.

香港乐施会项目官员，注册执业医师，超级马拉松跑者。1971年出生，2005年2月加入香港乐施会，自2008年参加汶川地震救援之后，十多年来负责管理人道救援项目超过60个，支持合作伙伴开展10余次《环球计划》培训。2019年12月10日，支持环球计划中国FPs联络小组在北京成功开展2018《环球计划》中文版发布会与人道救援经验交流会。
