He founded and directed service and consulting companies in Latin America, chaired national business associations, and served as President of the Latin American Confederation of Private Employment Agency Companies. He is a member of various professional associations, including the Ibero-American Association of Labor Law and the Universal Ethics International Network. As a Clinical Psychologist with a master’s in emergency management and specialization in Classical Philosophy, he has authored numerous publications on psychology, ethics, philosophy, and human development. As a trainer and professor, he has decades of experience in Disaster Risk Management, Organizational Development, Human Development, Ethics, and Classical Philosophy, delivering engaging sessions to diverse audiences from different countries.
