Cui Yazhou is mainly committed to disaster management and training in related fields, and has accumulated rich rescue experience. He has participated in front-line rescue operations in major natural disasters such as Yushu earthquake, Henan flood and Turkey earthquake.

崔亚洲从2006年起从事培训工作，2009年加入了爱德基金会，并担任了爱德培育中心的总监一职，负责社会组织管理相关的培训和实施工作。2013年，他受美国国务院邀请去美国学习了美国民间组织管理经验。自此以后，他主要致力于灾害管理和相关领域的培训工作，并积累了丰富的救援经验，在玉树地震、河南水灾、土耳其地震等重大自然灾害中参与过一线救援行动。
