About Luis Rolando Sánchez Valverth
Luis Rolando is a PhD on Research Sciences with more than 18 years of experience working with the UN, international NGOs, and private and public Sector organisations.
He is experienced in Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) and humanitarian response, migrants, refugees, and has been training people on Sphere and INEE standards since 2011.
Luis is based in Guatemala and is a member of the “Sphere Guatemala Petit Comitte”.
