My name is Alina Travnikova, I am from Ukraine. Professional and certified trainer and facilitator. I have 3 years of experience in the humanitarian sector, starting from May 2022. I worked at Caritas Zaporizhzhia as a hotline operator, directly communicating with the population affected by the war in Ukraine and their requests. Since March 2023, I have been holding the position of Quality Manager for Accountability to the Affected Population at Caritas Ukraine. From November 2024 to May 2025, together with a fellow Sphere trainer, we conducted 5 three-day Sphere trainings for 120 representatives of local, national and international organizations, as well as 1 three-hour session for 33 social workers of local organizations.
