Talha has been working in the humanitarian sector over ten years. Previously he worked in programmes, compliance and humanitarian diplomacy.

Currently he is the International Relations Director of a large NGO based in Istanbul.

Talha studied mechanical engineering and international relations in Turkey and studied Master of Advanced Studies of International Humanitarian Action in Geneva, Switzerland.

Talha is a dedicated and experienced humanitarian professional with a strong commitment to improving the quality and accountability of humanitarian response. With extensive experience in the field, Talha has worked with a diverse range of departments, delivering critical assistance in challenging environments.

As a Sphere Standards trainer, Talha combines in-depth knowledge of humanitarian principles with practical insights from years of on-the-ground experience. His expertise in training and capacity building has empowered numerous humanitarian workers, enabling them to apply Sphere Standards effectively in their operations.

He has delivered many Sphere trainings both within and outside his organization. He Speaks Turkish, English, Arabic and improving his French. He can deliver Sphere trainings in Turkish and English.
