Mbiri Shiripinda is a dynamic, independent consultant with extensive experiences in humanitarian aid work. His involvement with Sphere dates back to 2003. Mbiri has conducted over 250 different types of training workshops and more than 30 Training of Trainers in various fields including Sphere.

The last couple of years has seen Mbiri’s involvement in Sphere work increasing tremendously. He has been involved in various initiatives in Zimbabwe such as the Sphere Conference, revision of the 2004 edition and most recently the Interagency Sphere Refresher Training of Trainers workshop.

Mbiri also specialises in the designing and facilitation of different types workshops, project evaluations and team building activities.
