Psychologist with more than twenty years of experience, Eduardo is an expert in Child Protection, both in development programs and in response to emergencies and disasters. Since 2010, he has trained various humanitarian actors and public actors in the SPHERE Standards as well as the Minimum Standards for Child Protectione Protection of Children in Humanitarian Action -NMPI and has worked and coordinated humanitarian aid programs focused on the protection of the childhood and WASH developed in Chile as a result of recent emergencies.
