Humanitarian worker with more than 10 years of experience in risk management and humanitarian response in emergencies, disasters and human mobility crises. ESFERA trainer since 2011, promoting with greater emphasis the new version of the manual through the leadership of the Ecuador ESFERA Community, in support of the strengthening of multiple public institutions and local and international non-governmental organizations, organizing multiple training events. Work experience and as a facilitator mainly in cash transfer programs, emergency evaluations, distributions and logistics, water and sanitation, and MEAL in emergencies; with different international NGOs. Facilitator of participatory community methodologies for the diagnosis of vulnerability and capacity, and design of community action plans.
