Joelle has been working in the humanitarian sector for more than eight years. She is an active member of the Syrian Arab Red Crescent and played several roles with different teams such as relief, psychological support, responding to emergency situations. Currently she works as a facilitator at the Albayada Community Center of the Syrian Arab Red Crescent. Joelle has been involved in the responses to Syrian crises since 2014. She is a Sphere trainer since 2017, and a listed Sphere trainer since 2020.
