Anton has been involved in the world of disaster management professionally since 2009 in several sectors such as Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), Health, and Protection issues.

Anton has worked as an area coordinator at the Asia Pacific Alliance for Disaster Management (APAD) since 2016 until now, and National Humanitarian Coordinator at CBM Global Disability Inclusion which is involved in fulfilling the rights of people with disabilities in Indonesia from 2020 – 2023.

Anton has trained on The Sphere handbook (previously The Sphere Project) in 2010 and 2015.

In 2023 Anton is one of the best graduates in the Training for Trainer “The Sphere Handbook: Minimum standards of Humanitarian Response”, conducted by MPBI in Indonesia.

Apart from being an Area Coordinator at APAD, Anton founded a local organization in Indonesia called KINANTA. Anton is also conducting research to obtain a Master’s degree in Disaster Management at Airlangga University – Surabaya.
